We ship books from our Kolkata press to every PIN code in India that our courier partners serve. Orders to bookshops, libraries and Book Fair stalls can be arranged directly — write to us for a quote.
Orders are packed within 2 working days of payment. Books that are out of stock or printed on demand take 5 to 7 working days and you will be told before you pay.
Delivery takes 3 to 6 working days within West Bengal and 5 to 9 working days to the rest of India. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat charge of ₹60 applies within West Bengal and ₹90 elsewhere. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Once your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. If the status does not change for 4 days, please contact us.
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the package and the book and write to us within 7 days. We will replace the copy at no cost. Lost parcels are re-sent or refunded in full.
