Cancellation policy

1. Cancelling a book order

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is packed, which usually happens within 2 working days. Write to us with your order number as soon as possible.

2. After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our returns policy.

3. Print-on-demand and custom orders

Custom print runs are cancellable only before printing starts. After that, charges for paper, plates and work done will apply.

4. Publishing projects

A publishing project can be cancelled at any stage. You pay only for work completed up to that point, and you receive all files and proofs prepared so far.

5. Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown wrongly or payment could not be confirmed. You will be refunded in full within 5 to 7 working days.

6. Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
