All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We may cancel an order if a price was listed in error.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

4. Intellectual property

Text, images, covers and designs on this site belong to Inkwell Press or its authors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Publishing services

Manuscripts sent to us stay the property of the author. A written agreement covering the print run, price and distribution is signed before any work starts.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses that could not reasonably be foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as strikes, weather or courier disruption.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
