Help

Organic, ordering, delivery and returns

If you cannot find your answer, write to us and we will help.

Organic
What does organic mean for you? +
Everything is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, on farms we visit ourselves. We name the farm on every product page and keep the growing notes on file.
Organic
Is everything available all year? +
No. We sell what is in season, so the range changes through the year. If something is out of season we say so and suggest a close alternative.
Freshness
How do you keep produce fresh? +
Produce is harvested close to the delivery day, kept cool and packed in paper and reused crates. Delicate items ship in insulated boxes in warm months.
Ordering
How will I order? +
Add items to the cart, check out as a guest or with an account and pay online. You will get an order confirmation by email.
Ordering
Which payment methods will you accept? +
UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking. Cash on delivery is planned for selected areas.
Ordering
Can I buy a gift basket? +
Yes. Choose a basket, add a note and we will pack it in paper and twine with a handwritten card.
Delivery
How do delivery slots work? +
Fresh orders go out on set delivery days for your area. You pick a slot at checkout and get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Delivery
What are returnable jars and crates? +
Honey, oils and pantry items come in glass jars and bottles you can send back with the next order for a small refund. Produce crates are collected and reused.
Returns
What if something arrives damaged or spoiled? +
Write to us with a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund it at no cost. Fresh food cannot be returned, but it is never charged for if it is not right.
Business
Do you take bulk and restaurant orders? +
Yes, for cafes, restaurants and shops. Send us a message with your needs from the contact page and we will agree weekly quantities and prices.
